Anika Rose is an American performer and actress. She's best known for portraying Tiana Disney's very first African American princess as Tiana Disney's first African American Princess in The Princess and the Frog. The Disney Company named her a Legend in 2011. Rose was in the role of Lorrell Robertson on Dreamgirls and was awarded the Academy Award. Anika Noni (born on September 6th 7th, 1972) is a vocalist and American actress. The most famous of her roles was her character Tiana, the Disney Princess. She is the first African American Princess in The Princess and the Frog (2009). She was named a Disney legend in the year 2011. She is also known for her starring role as Lorrell Robinson in the Oscar-winning movie Dreamgirls (2006) and for playing the character of LaVerne Jukebox Ganner in the Starz program Power. The actress has also received recognition for her performances in the theatre, such as her starring parts as Caroline or Change Caroline or Change (2004) on Broadway in which her Tony Award was won for Best actress in a the Musical.

Pivarnick became famous for her role in the well-known crew of M.T.V.'s award-winning show. series Jersey Shore in 2010 for a few episodes in season one as well as season two. After Jersey Shore she joined several reality shows, like Couples Therapy and the ongoing Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Angelina Pivarnick isn't only a reality television personality but she can also sing as well as rap and has even released a couple of hits tracks.
